1. Dynamikk Limited's control and processing of data

  2. No data is collected via a user's browsing of Dynamikk Limited's website, except as referred to in 2.b and 2.e.

  4. If a user submits a form on Dynamikk Limited's website, the data entered into the form is sent to Dynamikk Limited.
  5. Dynamikk Limited may store the name and contact details of a user for pre-contractual and contractual purposes only. [Art. 6(1)(b) UK GDPR]
  6. At most one month after the end of a contract, or the last pre-contractual written communication where no contract exists, Dynamikk Limited anonymises or deletes all personal details relating to a user.

2. Dynamikk Limited's use of third-party data processors

  1. Dynamikk Limited's website is hosted by Github.
  2. Github acts as a processor [Art. 4(8) UK GDPR] for network data (e.g. a user's IP address) relating to a user's browsing of Dynamikk Limited's website.
  3. Github's DPA and Privacy Statement apply.
  4. If a user sends an email to Dynamikk Limited or submits a form on Dynamikk Limited's website, Dynamikk Limited makes use of AWS Lambda, AWS SES, and AWS S3 when handling the email (respectively submission). The data centre eu-west-2 (London) is used.
  5. AWS acts as a processor [Art. 4(8) UK GDPR] for data sent to Dynamikk Limited over email or via Dynamikk Limited's website, including network data (e.g. a user's IP address).
  6. AWS's DPA and Data Privacy FAQ apply.
  7. We refer to GitHub's DPA and AWS's DPA for whether the data referred to in 2.b and 2.d may be transferred by GitHub and AWS, and the safeguards governing this.
  8. Dynamikk Limited may make use of Google Ads for marketing. No cookies or embedded code from Google are used.

3. User rights

  1. Dynamikk Limited acknowledges a user's full rights under GDPR and other applicable laws, including: to access/receive a copy of this data; to rectify inaccurate/incomplete data; to request erasure of this data; to restrict or object to processing of this data; and to data portability.
  2. Dynamikk Limited can be contacted at contact@dynamikk.net for requests falling under 3.a or regarding this privacy policy.
  3. To file a complaint regarding Dynamikk Limited's compliance with UK GDPR, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) can be contacted.
